IOP f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die Eierst\u00f6cke keine normalen Mengen an \u00d6strogen produzieren und nicht jeden Monat eine Eizelle produzieren und freisetzen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die h\u00e4ufigsten Symptome von IOP sind Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten oder das Ausbleiben der Menstruation, insbesondere wenn die Frau auch Hitzewallungen hat. Die Menstruation kann intermittierend auftreten oder viele Jahre nach der Diagnose der Eierstockinsuffizienz wieder einsetzen. Keine bekannte Fruchtbarkeitsbehandlung ist bei IOP wirksam.
