{"id":383,"date":"2021-07-11T19:41:21","date_gmt":"2021-07-11T19:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.ginecenter.com\/?p=383"},"modified":"2022-07-24T22:11:42","modified_gmt":"2022-07-24T22:11:42","slug":"ets-vphv-die-bedeutung-von-impfungen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ginecenter.com\/de\/ets-vph-la-importancia-de-vacunarse\/","title":{"rendered":"STD- HPV Die Bedeutung der Impfung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sexuell \u00fcbertragbare Krankheiten (STDs) oder sexuell \u00fcbertragbare Infektionen (STIs) sind Infektionen, die durch sexuellen Kontakt von einer Person zur anderen \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kontakt kann vaginal, oral und anal erfolgen, kann aber auch durch andere intime Kontakte \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Es gibt mehrere Arten:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pilze<\/li><li>Bakterien<\/li><li>Virus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Es handelt sich um Infektionen, d.h. Gesundheitsst\u00f6rungen, von denen einige fast unbemerkt bleiben oder nur wenige Symptome hervorrufen, w\u00e4hrend andere schwerwiegendere Symptome haben.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zeit der Infektion ist in der Regel asymptomatisch, d.h. Sie sp\u00fcren wenig oder gar nichts, aber Sie k\u00f6nnen trotzdem andere Menschen anstecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist wichtig, dass bei einem Verdacht auf eine Geschlechtskrankheit sofort ein Arzt aufgesucht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt mehr als 30 Krankheiten, die \u00fcber die ganze Welt verteilt sind und \u00fcber deren Vorkommen nur ungenaue Kenntnisse vorliegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>85% der bekannten F\u00e4lle treten bei 15- bis 30-J\u00e4hrigen auf. Das h\u00e4ufigste Virus ist das so genannte \"Humane Papillomavirus (HPV)\", das so verbreitet ist, dass sich fast alle M\u00e4nner und alle sexuell aktiven Frauen irgendwann in ihrem Leben damit infizieren. Es gibt verschiedene HPV-Typen. In einigen F\u00e4llen ist es harmlos und verschwindet spontan, aber einige Typen k\u00f6nnen Genitalwarzen oder Krebs verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie kann ich wissen, ob ich HPV habe?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie wird durch spezielle Tests am Vaginalausfluss diagnostiziert. Normalerweise durch Zytologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die L\u00e4sionen \u00e4u\u00dferlich sind (Kondylom), sind sie leicht zu diagnostizieren, es sind keine Tests erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sie sich auf dem Geb\u00e4rmutterhals befinden, werden sie fr\u00fchzeitig mit der Zytologie diagnostiziert. Um jedoch festzustellen, ob die L\u00e4sionen gutartig oder b\u00f6sartig sind, ist eine Biopsie erforderlich. Er erzeugt Abwehrkr\u00e4fte gegen das Virus und wirkt gegen 90% der Typen, einschlie\u00dflich der schwersten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es wird dringend empfohlen, dass sich sowohl M\u00e4nner als auch Frauen impfen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Impfstoff wird in einer 3-Dosen-Reihe verabreicht und zielt auf die HPV-Typen ab, die am h\u00e4ufigsten Geb\u00e4rmutterhalskrebs verursachen und auch einige Krebsarten der Vulva, der Vagina, des Anus und des Oropharynx verursachen k\u00f6nnen.
